MultiTes-L Discussion List - FAQ's
We are pleased to announce MultiTes-L, a discussion list for
users of MultiTes - Thesaurus Software. This is a user-initiated project,
which we are happy to support and make available to you.
The main purpose of this list is to put you in contact with other users who may be able to share valuable tips on how they have addressed issues that you may be facing right now.
This service is included as part of your annual maintenance agreement.
- To subscribe to the list:

Subject: Subscribe
Note: If you are not using your company's email address, please include your name, the name of your organization, and the month/year you purchased our products.
- To post a message to the list:
Write to: multites-l@multites.com
(Only members can post messages to the list)
- To reply to a message from the list:
Just reply to the message.
Note: Your response will be sent to everyone on the list.
- To reply to the sender of a message:
Look in the message's header for the Sender, and reply only to the sender.
- To view the archives or to change your settings:
Go to:http://talk.netatlantic.com/read/login/
- List not moderated:
This list is not moderated, which means that the list administrator does not see the messages before subscribers do.
- Appropriate postings:
Feel free to post any messages, questions, or answers about MultiTes, controlled vocabularies, or equipment.
- Inappropriate postings:
Messages completely unrelated to MultiTes or Controlled Vocabularies.
- Posting attachments:
Do not post messages with attachments.
- Private Discussions:
Keep private conversations off the list, writing directly between your own email addresses.
- Posting tips:
Refrain from sending comments without content such as "I agree", or "me too", or "me three". Send this type of message directly to the person you are responding to, but please do not send it to the list.
- Offensive postings:
Members who post inappropriate and/or offensive messages will be removed from the list.
